My name is Kassandra Wright. I care deeply about creating environments where young people, families, and neighbors feel supported, represented, and empowered. I’m excited to bring my organizational skills, attention to detail, and a steady, thoughtful approach to every role I take on as founding member of We Have Dreams 2 in support of collaborative planning efforts.

As Treasurer, I will prioritize clarity, responsible stewardship, and open communication. I believe financial leadership isn’t just about managing funds, it’s about trust, fairness, and ensuring the organization can grow on a solid foundation. My goal is to make our financial processes understandable and transparent so everyone feels confident in the work we are building together.

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve and to support an organization grounded in youth empowerment, creativity, and uplifting community. I look forward to contributing my skills and commitment to help strengthen the mission and expand WHD2 impact in Hampton Roads & beyond.
