Thomas Lewis is a dedicated board member with an academic foundation in Criminal Justice, Social Relations, and Juvenile Justice. With experience as a youth counselor, he has designed effective programs and provided one-on-one mentorship that prioritizes understanding, accountability, and consistent support.

His passion for working with youth is the driving force behind his career. Through his academic journey, Thomas explored the root causes of juvenile delinquency and the power of community-based prevention, insights that continue to shape his hands-on approach to youth engagement.

Thomas’ commitment to empowering young people led to the creation of We Have Dreams 2, a vision first formed during his undergraduate studies. Today, he brings that vision to life by helping young individuals realize their potential and equipping them with the tools they need to build a brighter future.
