MAKE DREAMS COME TRUE
We Have Dreams 2 is preparing to open our Workforce Transitional Home

Our goal is to provide a safe, structured, and supportive space for young adults ages 18–24 who are transitioning out of foster care, housing instability, or crisis situations. We are currently fundraising for essential items that will transform this house into a true home. From beds and dressers to kitchen supplies, pillows, sheets, towels hygiene kits, and workforce-ready essentials, every item directly supports a young person’s stability, dignity, and independence.
This is more than furniture. It is the foundation for new beginnings.Your contribution helps create a space where youth can rest, reset, learn life skills, prepare for employment, and build the confidence needed to thrive. Whether you give financially, donate items, or sponsor a specific room, you are investing in long-term stability and generational change.Together, we are not just furnishing a house we are building futures.

Volunteer as a Mentor

Volunteering with our organization is a meaningful way to use your time, talents, and passion to directly impact the lives of young adults as they prepare for their futures. Whether you serve on one of our committees, support a community event, or lend your expertise behind the scenes, your involvement helps strengthen workforce pathways and create opportunities that change lives. Volunteers are an essential part of our mission, bringing fresh ideas, energy, and commitment to the work we do. And if you find yourself especially inspired by our vision and long-term impact, we welcome conversations about joining our Board of Directors, an opportunity to help guide strategy, deepen community connections, and play a leadership role in shaping the future of our organization.

Fundraise

Fundraising as a volunteer or partner is a powerful way to advance our mission of empowering young adults with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed. Through events, campaigns, and community partnerships, fundraising helps create and sustain workforce pathways that support career readiness, personal growth, and long-term success into adulthood. Every dollar raised directly fuels programming, resources, and opportunities that open doors for young people, and when volunteers and partners rally together, the impact extends far beyond a single contribution, strengthening futures and transforming communities.
