Theresa Holloway is the Founder and Executive Director of We Have Dreams 2 Incorporated, an emerging national initiative designed to address the critical needs of young adults ages 18–24 who have aged out of foster care or are experiencing homelessness. With more than two decades of experience in real estate, community service, and youth advocacy, Ms. Holloway brings a strategic, solutions-driven approach to strengthening transitional support systems for vulnerable young adults across the United States.

With 24+ years experience as a Real Estate Agent who earned the Circle of Excellence Award,    an expertise in both residential, commercial, property and management acquisition. Her background in housing, financial literacy, and independent-living readiness directly informs the core structure of We Have Dreams 2 Incoprorated’s service model.

The organization’s flagship program is a structured, three-phase in-house development process that prepares participants for long-term stability and self-sufficiency Under Ms. Holloway’s leadership, the program integrates workforce readiness, financial and household management training, and interpersonal development—including guidance on building healthy relationships and demonstrating respect for others. With a dedicated workforce team, the program focuses on practical, evidence-based skill-building that supports measurable growth and successful transition into independent adulthood.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Holloway has been a foster parent for more than 20 years, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges faced by youth as they enter adulthood without a support network. Her commitment to service is further reflected in her longstanding involvement in community volunteer work and her passion for providing opportunities that foster confidence, stability, and hope.
